About

As a child, Jordan would listen to his grandparents tell stories from the city of Vigan in the Philippines, to Shallows Pass in Batemans Bay.

All the schooling/judgement/BS happens, and then straight after? A liberating theatre degree with a fabulous bunch of humans, followed by a piece of paper declaring his writing prowess from the VCA.

Tired of selling beer over the phone, he went back to uni to learn how to teach English to young folk. Since then, he’s keenly juggled both careers: arts and education.

Since 2017, he’s been nominated, shortlisted for a few big awards, had plays developed and performed around the country, travelled on fellowships to understand cultural storytelling, had generous words spoken about his own and a lot of his work developed with like-minded creative folk.

Jordan happily lives on the land of the Wangal people – and loves rigatoni, Clovelly beach, his parents and the Muppets.
